Please note that all dogs over 40lbs must be dropped off before 12:00 PM to ensure we have enough time for proper washing and drying, as large dogs can sometimes take over 3 hours to groom.
Our shop closes at 3 PM, and we want to make sure every pet receives the attention they deserve without being rushed. Additionally, please refrain from dropping small dogs off for baths after 1 PM. Thank you for your understanding!
